My Own Little Plot

I've been sitting at my desk, pondering my existence, and pondering building a new computer. I'm in a catch-22. I only need a new video card, but I have an AGP motherboard. The best AGP cards out are barely better than my current one. So I need a new motherboard. But if I'm getting a new board, I should probably just go ahead and get a new processor and RAM rather than waste my current motherboard. So I may as well build a new computer right? At least that's how I'll try to justify it to my wife. Think it will work?
